 Magnificent farms on Vaal Dam up for grabs


A magnificent lucerne farm, with huge income potential as a holiday farm or permanent residence, will fall under the hammer soon. The farm is on the Vaal Dam near Heilbron. The farm Goedehoop, Portion 5, covers 25,2854 hectare, with 22 hectare of lucerne under irrigation and Eskom 3-phase power. It has a main house, manager’s flat and a second house.

The main house consists of three bedrooms, a huge kitchen with a scullery, laundry room, gym, lounge and dining room area, with a large sunny verandah that flows out of these rooms. The house also has a double garage and a carport for six to eight cars. The manager’s flat has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a lounge and a kitchen. The large entertainment area with all necessary facilities on the Vaal Dam completes the picture of a perfect break-away or holiday farm.
