Arising from the market’s need for a new, fresh and transparent approach, Bidders Choice is an auction and property trading company that boasts two decades of auction industry experience.
Bidders Choice has expanded in leaps and bounds to be the leading auction house in SA today, with the Head Office in the City of Tshwane and the Southern Regional office in Cape Town, with satellite offices in the Free State, KZN and the Northern Cape.

Pieter Geldenhuys
Managing Director of Bidders Choice
At the helm of the team sits Pieter Geldenhuys (Principal – Bidders Choice).
With more than two decades of experience, Pieter has conducted auctions throughout South Africa and our neighboring states. Pieter firmly believes that transparency and humility are indispensable traits and that you should always treat buyers and sellers with the same dignity and respect that you expect from others. He believes trust is earned and should never be lost – even under the toughest circumstances.
Siyabonga Mbiko
Managing Director (Bidders Choice Corporate)
Siyabonga completed his B.Com Honours degree in Information Systems at the Western Cape University and further studied Management Advancement Programme (MAP) at Wits.
He later pursued various Microsoft Engineering certificates and in 2005 he became a shareholder of a start-up IT company which operated for two years. Thereafter, he joined T-Systems as an ICT Infrastructure Manager, then progressed to Deloitte, thereafter UNISA, to later join his last corporate employment at Heineken South Africa.
At the same time, he has been active in the buying, renovating, letting and selling of movable and immovable assets all over South Africa. At the beginning of 2017, he founded an IT consulting company, which he ran successfully to date. He has a wealth of experience in Operations, Strategy and Business Management
