PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION TO SUBMIT OFFERS ROYAL AM FOOTBALL CLUB (PTY) LTD

The curator bonis of Royal AM Football Club (Pty) Ltd hereby invites all/any interested parties to submit offers for the purchase of the Football Club known as Royal AM FC as a going concern. The owner of Royal AM FC is Royal AM Football Club (Pty) Ltd.
Details of the Sale:
- This is a sale of the business of Royal AM Football Club (Pty) Ltd as a going concern in terms of the proposed offer to purchase and in accordance with any amendments agreed to by the Curator Bonis.
- Offers must be submitted by email to pg@bidderschoice.co.za marked “Offer to Purchase – Royal AM FC”.
- A refundable deposit of R1,000,000.00 (one million Rand and zero Cents) must be paid into the trust account of the curator bonis’ legal representatives, VZLR Inc., to validate the offer for submission.
- Offer documents must include proof of the bidder’s ability to meet financial commitments, along with the required Financial Intelligence Centre Act 38 of 2001 (“FICA”) documentation.
Royal AM Offers Submission Key Dates:
- Offers can be submitted: on Friday, 14 March 2025 from 08h00.
- Deadline for submissions: on Friday, 14 March 2025 at 13h00.
Interested parties will be required to provide proof of payment of the refundable deposit prior to their offer being considered. Proof of payment of the deposit must be enclosed in the offer documents submitted.
All offers received shall be kept strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third parties. The curator bonis reserves the right to accept or reject any offer.

Kindly contact VZLR Inc. for formal verification should you receive any correspondence of such nature. Interested parties are advised to not act on any email purportedly from VZLR Inc. changing our bank details, but to kindly inform the curator bonis immediately.
